Scotiabank Nuit Blanche 2009, October 3rd. Culture is a beautiful thing, and events like this create atmosphere and intrigue in a city that is usually ultra conservative and unimaginative. There are 130 exhibitions spread over 3 separate zones which include 45 temporary public art projects by local, national and international artists commissioned within 4 outdoor exhibitions. Details, maps, and an artist index can be found on the official website. Support the arts and step outside the norm. Make sure to dress warm, last year was freezing. -Mr.-
