Tom Ford Nicolette Sunglasses – Im finding that it’s pretty easy for designers to come up with fresh ideas for clothing, but sunglasses, not so much. I mean most sunglasses made nowadays have clearly been taken from a past generation of styles. There's nothing wrong with that, in fact I kind of like it. Here Tom Ford has modernized a classic 60s look, so you can still feel like a mod chick without the vinyl boots and inch thick foundation on your face. -Ms.-
Ernest Sewn Zazo High Rise Slim Straight Leg – There’s only a few denim brands that I really like, a group that includes Ernest Sewn. All of their denim is soft and dyed beautifully, but these particular ones have the best ride length. Showing your (bare) bum off is so immodest. -Ms.-
L.A.M.B Davi Pump – Generally I don’t like LAMBs runway collections (sorry Gwen), but the accessories are always amazing. There are always unexpected subtle details that really make the difference. From far away these look like plain gold heels, but once you get close you realize there's detailed weaving with different coloured leathers. And peep toed too! “Got her toes done up with her fingernails matchin…” -Ms.-

"Get Busy" The Roots feat. Dice Raw, Peedi Crakk and DJ Jazzy Jeff. GRIMY ASS CHUNE - ZEEN! Damn skippy hippy, this shit right here - imagine a basement house party with blue lights, hoodies, and blunt smoke...and everyone's bangin the fu$kin walls. Brrrrap! -Mr.-
"On My Chest" by Lissie (www.myspace.com/lissiemusic). FIYA! Certified dope. I was lucky enough to be requested...sorry let me rephrase that - I was blessed with a request from Lissie on myspace (www.myspace.com/culturefiends) and have since become a fan of this star to be. She recently toured with Lenny Kravitz, and released a self titled EP "Lissie" (SONY BMG) in March of 2007, available on ITunes. Labeled acoustic rock, with hints of soulful folk, Lissie is breathing fresh air into a stale industry. Her vocal style stands alone, and is refreshingly distinct...similar to Dolores O'Riordan of the Cranberries. I can't get this track out of my head...a good thing. Make sure you peep the Morgan Page remix on myspace...butter. Rated NEXT! DO NOT SLEEP! -Mr.-

"He Say, She Say" by Lupe Fiasco feat. Gemini and Sarah Green,'Food and Liquor' (2006). Artistic genius. This goes out to all those who grew up without fathers...and to all those with seeds blowing in the wind - ride the wind with them...it's worth it, my son is my world. Life is too short, don't sleep. -Mr.-

"The Royal Tenembaums" directed by Wes Anderson (cinematic genius), written by Wes Anderson and Owen Wilson. A classic film, one of the best I've seen. An all-star cast solidifies this films perfection: Danny Glover, Gene Hackman, Anjelica Huston, Bill Murray, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Stiller, Luke Wilson and brother Owen Wilson. Wes Anderson has a distinct style that has led me to believe he is one of the best film makers to ever bless the medium. His dry sense of humor and script writing ability are top shelf, true creative distinction. If you are one of the few unaware of this mans work...rent this film, smoke a sac and appreciate the steez. -Mr.-

"Paint Peace" by The Imaginary Foundation. These guys are known for their dope prints and abstract designs. The subtle color transition is super fly - not too much, not too little - just right. This one is my favorite by far. Paint Peace, not war. -Mr.-
Fist Of The North Star (1986). I just stumbled across this flick on YouTube, haven't seen it in over ten years. May look a little dated by today's standards, but dope none the less. A classic for those that know. Grab a sac, some shrooms, sobre...whatever floats your boat and rent this film - cinematic dope people.

Johnny Cupcakes Basketball Girl T – Johnny Cupcakes is the perfect mix between this cartoon-y thing going on right now and legit streetwear. I’m really not a fan of anime and it’s appearance in my favourite clothing lines, but JC has created something that has all the cuteness and none of the lameness. Check out the rest of the line and you’ll see what I mean. -Ms.-
Steve Aoki x WeSC Headphones – Steve Aoki is great. He likes to grow his hair long and dive shirtless into large crowds. Whatta rockstar. Ok, that might have sounded sarcastic but I really do like him and these are actually pretty sweet. I borrowed a pair for a day and the sound was way better than those silly ipod earbuds...and they look hella better too. Im waiting to see if they’ll make them in pink. -Ms.-
Nike Air Max 90s St.Patty 07 – aside from the fact that Air Max’s are THE comfiest sneakers in existence, and the fact that these are in celebration of one of the best beer-drinking excuses EVER, this colourway is genius. I may not be irish but my kicks are. -Ms.-

"Dicoco Vintage" (white, maroon, pink) by Creative Recreation. Slick, clean design. A little bright, but hey - spring's around the corner. The maroon soul with pink stitch and bottom tread - butter. White on white...dope, just make sure you spray these gems with several coats of stain guard. Creative Recreation does it again. -Mr.-

Somebody throw some $$$ to the underground - INVEST IN QUALITY. The Majors - OG's, holdin it down still...all you young bucks - KNOW YOUR HISTORY. Bob Marley. Cultural chieftan - one of the highest ranked musical contributors of our time. Along side Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer and a long list of reggae pioneers, Bob Marley wrote and co-wrote some of the greatest songs ever recorded - hands down.
